I went in after a bad experience elsewhere and my hair was really uneven with different tones. She was so professional and explained everything clearly, including what could realistically be achieved in one session. She did a blended balayage with toner and Olaplex, and I left with a glossy, natural brown with beautiful dimension. I feel like I’m finally on a proper colour correction plan and in safe hands. I’m really happy with the result and can’t wait for my next appointment x
