This was my first time at the Shout House and seeing Giovanni who was friendly and knowledgable. He listened carefully to what I wanted but also had some great ideas of his own to contribute, which made the final result one of my best cuts in recent years. I appreciated his thoughts on products that would suit my hair and taking the time to ensure that I knew how to achieve the same results at home.
