I hadn’t had my hair coloured for a while and Giovanni did it perfectly. He recognised my “hair history” instantly and knew how to achieve the look I was after. He is thorough, a perfectionist, and I left with the exact hair I wanted (cut was spot on too) and with hair are tips for how best to maintain - highly recommend!
