It started out pretty well, I showed a picture of what I wanted and discussed in detail what result I was after. I thought Gerry understood as he nodded along and didn't raise any concerns. However, after the colour was done, I realised that instead of a balayage I left with a head full of stripy highlights that still look yellow and do not match the rest of my hair. I have since had to spend another £26 to purchase a purple hair mask to get rid of the yellowness of the hair. V disappointing.

I had a bit of balayage and some highlights, going from mousy dark blonde/light brown right up to bright blonde. I have waited a few weeks to see how the colour settled in, and can confirm it looks fantastic. Gerry is really skilled and loves his job, and it shows! Will be coming back.

Gerry is super talented and a lovely person. My haircut looks so fresh after not having a cut for so long (6 months). He cut my layers so well and gave me a wicked blow dry that’s still going strong three days later.
