They didn't seem to realise I was coming as it was a last minute booking, about 45 minutes before the appointment. It seemed a little rushed and the staff seemed a little stressed. My hair wash was okay but my blow dry was very rushed. She didn't use any heat protectant (or any other product apart from horrible smelling hairspray) so my hair didn't stay in the style. The experience over in about 30-40 minutes and for £60 I wont be coming back.
