The colour was precisely what I wanted - but I already had the exact Goldwell colour code. The woman cutting my hair was very nice, unfortunately she was not entirely fluent in English so I wasn't quite sure what I would be getting. However she did a great job. I also asked for a fringe trim and she gave me the exact look I wanted.

Fantastic. The lady whom had done my wax was very professional. I believe her name was Ingi. I highly recommend her if you want your waxing to be done well. top notch.
