The venue only took cash payments, but this wasn't explained until after the treatment, so I had to leave belongings behind and find the nearest cash machine.
Also the door to the room opened on to the rest of the salon, so there was no privacy when the therapist came back in the room.
The wax itself was quick, which was handy as I visited during my lunch break.
