Shockingly bad. To start with, the place did not look or feel at all clean (I quickly removed the towel the therapist put over me when she popped out of the room as it looked like it hadn't been washed and to be honest was pretty threadbare, should have been thrown out long ago), and the therapist took off WAY more hair than I was expecting, despite me specifically showing her at the beginning how much I wanted taking off, so at the top I don't have a landing strip so much as a tiny tuft of hair about 1cm long, and it's not even in the middle, it's way off to the left...
The worst thing though was that the wax was far too hot and so it burnt me (I'm sure you can imagine, it's a pretty painful place to be burnt). I told the therapist that it was too hot but she just said she didn't know why it was like that and carried on anyway. I had to go to Boots afterwards to buy some aloe vera gel.
Finally, the therapist was just generally downright rude and at the end wouldn't let me leave until I proved to her I'd already paid (I paid in full via Treatwell when I made the booking, which you would expect a venue to be able to check, but she made me find the email confirmation and prove this to her - I have never had to do that with any other booking I've made through Treatwell in the past, and I've no idea what would have happened had my phone been dead or I'd been unable to find the email). All in all, just absolutely awful, DO NOT GO HERE!
