Diana was absolutely fantastic. I loved my highlights and hair cut. The blowdry was exactly how i wanted it. I would just be aware that there is a two step process for highlights for anyone who isnt familiar. The toner is applied after the bleach. Let these hairdressers do their job! They know what they're doing and you'll be extremely pleased with the results ;)

I loved my treatsments but i had difficulties calling the venue. I wanted to change an appointment time and I called the venue loads but no one picked up so I went for my treatment "late". other than that, everything was just great with friendly stuff.
