I love this place to put the staff are so friendly it's a really lovely atmosphere . The only reason I'm giving a four instead of five is because the therapist was rushing, because she hadn't had her break , I felt sorry for her . However she did a good job and she was very friendly.

Getting my hair done in a salon usually leaves me feeling disappointed and vaguely hating myself as it never turns out quite how I want it. However on this occasion they did a great job. I have trouble finding places that have the right colour dye that actually works on my hair, but Hair By Fairy managed it. A bit pricey, but then salons always are, and the cut came free with the colouring so all in all it wasn't so bad, especially for central London. I will definitely be going back there.
