Unfortunately not a good hair cut at all

A little confused as to where the waxing place was at first. Was told it was upstairs but no one greeted me when I walked up. Had to wait for about 10minutes before the therapist came out of one of her sessions and rudely asked if I was here for waxing. The overall experience waxing experience was not too bad. The cleanliness could have been much better, there was wax and hair (not mine) on the bed. The worst part of it all was the therapist herself. She was awfully rude and sighed multiple times as if she was fed up and ready to leave.
