I would definitely recommend Hair by Fairy. The service is very quick but the staff are amazingly helpful, friendly and professional. I'd had a pretty bad haircut at the Vidal Sassoon academy a fee weeks prior and the lady who cut my hair at Hair by Fairy managed to rectify it with a great cut! I was really pleased with the service and it's great if you need a last minute restyle. I'm going back for colour next.

I'm quite satisfied with the eyebrow shape, Monica is quite nice. I'm also satisfied with the haircut, but my hairdresser looked quite serious and I didn't feel relaxed. For the professionalism I would recommend, but to be honest I don't enjoy my visit this time.

Good experience. Booked and went for a haircut (wash and cut), though there were lots of walk-ins and they just see people according to the order they entered the salon. Not that I had to wait for more than 5-8 minutes. Very efficient haircut and gave me the bob that I'd wanted (plus a rough dry which is all I wanted). Sophie my hairdresser was very friendly. I'd go again.

Beautician double dips the wax spatula. The hot wax was stringy and she wanted me out so quickly that was not waiting until it was dry and so had to go over and over in certain areas. For the same price you can find much better waxing.
