I had Andrea, who did exactly what I wanted. It had been more than three months since he first cut it for me, but it had been so well cut it still looked good even when it was so much longer, which I think is the true sign of a really good cut.

As there's no 'reception' per se it was a little unclear how long I would have to wait as no one explained the beautician was running behind by 10 minutes or so, until she came out of the treatment room.

I was on time for my appointment but had to wait for the previous lady to finish up. Wax was great value for money but it took too long, this may be because she was a bit unwell. everything else was great
