An awful experience. I've had hundreds of blow drys in different salons and this was the worst by such a long way - I can't believe I actually paid money for it. The stylist was rude and actually violent with my hair attacking it with a paddle brush with no product or care at all - the blow dry itself was a crazy 80s style fluffy mess - she barely asked me what I wanted and clearly just had her own style she was going to do regardless (as she reminded me she had been a hairdresser for 26 years so makes sense!) The place itself was chaotic, messy, people sat all over the place with wet hair, no coat cupboard. It actually reminded me of hairdressers from 15 years ago when I was travelling and paying £5 for a haircut - not what you'd expect when paying £35 for a blow dry in central London. Never, ever again.
