I called to re-arrange my appointment as work was running over but they were fully booked for the rest of the afternoon. as soon as I got there the therapist apologised and explained they had no other spaces. She was lovely, completely put me at ease. Waxing puts you in a pretty vulnerable position! But she was fab and did an excellent job. It was practically pain free which I have no idea how she managed to do but she was fast, professional and I wish I had asked her name so I could give her full credit! The salon room is a little dated, the light fitting is bare bulbs which can be harsh to look up at but for the price that's the only complaint. Also the salon only takes cash, so booking through Treatwell makes it a lot easier. just be aware they have a no cancellation policy so make sure you can go or you'll loose your money.
