The guy who did the shampoo was very rough. I had to wait in the entrance with my wet hair. The lady who cut my hair was ok but really didn't seem to care about what she was doing.
The haircut was ok, nothing went horribly wrong, and it's only £25 for a shampoo + cut in Central London, so I guess it did the job for a quick fix.
I wouldn't recommend it for a drastic change/cut, serious haircut advice or a nice relaxation time though!

Made this booking based on the convenient location (upstairs in the brightly painted Hair by Fairy building), but will be back due to the friendly, cheerful staff and great treatment! Excellent value for the expert quality of the waxing. Highest recommendations!

It's good value for money; like described it takes about 20 min to wash + cut the hair for £20. Obviously for £20 you don't get the same attention and care then a more expensive haircut but it does the job. I like the haircut and am happy with the price.
