Least painful wax I've experienced. The beautician Inci was fantastic, took 20-25 minutes for a full hollywood and underarm. Also provided great information on aftercare. Price is really decent for central London. The one thing that threw me off was I am used to the beautician exiting the room so you can take your clothes off, which didn't happen in this case, but no biggy.
