It was great, however it would be good if you could choose the beautician you see as I did not have my usual lady and was slightly disappointed.

It would be great if you could choose the beautician you see when booking or they inform you before you go (and you can choose to change the appointment/beautician), as it was a different lady this time who I did not think was as good as the previous lady I have seen.
