As a first timer I hoped the therapist would put me at ease, instead she offered that she didn’t like waxing first timers. She gave me lots of helpful tips and we got over it, but having deliberately opted for a slightly more expensive salon I didn’t expect to spend the whole thing trying to chill BOTH of us out. Lots of double dipping too. Will not return.
