This appointment was a joke. I can not vouch for the other hairdressers, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the man who cut my hair had never tried it before.
-He kept lifting my head while washing it so I ended up getting a wet shirt down the back;
-He didn’t put the rubber neck guard on until halfway through the haircut;
- He cut horizontally along my hair;
-He asked if I wanted layers and didn’t put any in;
-When he sectioned my hair, he had one of the hair-grips directly in my eye. I had to move it myself;
-He put mousse in my hair after he had dried it to the bone. This made the hair stick to each other which he then stated to comb out by yanking my hair;
-He curled my hair by twirling it in his fingers and applying a hairdryer on max to it. My hair was completely dry when he did this;
-He put on heat protector AFTER drying and styling.
It cost £55 for the worst appointment of my life. I left with more split ends than when I came in, and no style whatsoever.
