I booked for waxing but waxing was not an option. Before I knew what was happening my eyebrows were being threaded. Overall my eyebrows look nice now but not worth the pain & the patronising of ‘how old are you?’ when I was apologising for my eyes watering. Would not book again. Definitely not worth £12.

I go there regularly for waxing and am happy with the beautician - nice lady, as pain-free as intimate waxing can be, and pretty quick. I had a different beautician once on a Thursday and did not like her half as much.
