Booked an appointment via Treatwell - once I was there two members of staff told me three times not to book an appointment next time, and that I should just walk in. They seemed a bit upset that I had booked a time, but why then have the option to book on Treatwell if they only want walk-ins? The staff also seemed quite stressed and talked badly about some customer while washing my hair. Eventually they finished washing and cutting my long hair in only 15 minutes. Overall the experience was quite rushed and not very welcoming, but the price was quite low so it was to be expected.
