I showed a picture of what I wanted my haircut to look like. When the hairdresser was cutting my hair it felt very rushed and I have now ended up with my hair about 2inches shorter than I wanted it. The wash cut and blow dry took 30mins in total. Felt very rushed and Although I was given a sample of a hair mask to take home, I wasn’t offered any discount vouchers for next time or money off for the mistake made to my hair.
