FAB. Really listened to what I wanted, and took the time to discuss different techniques/ideas to achieve the eventual look I’d like to achieve after a few visits (all leading up to my wedding this summer). I really appreciated this as I am picky, and have gone to places where they rush you through the consultation. Emma worked well with my fine curly hair, talking me through as she worked, even using a less harsh bleach to minimise damage. She was also v respectful of my individual CFS needs💗
