Fabulous. My first visit here and I shall definitely be having my hair looked after by Diane in future. She understood exactly what I wanted doing with my hair and she is lovely.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Booked hair appt 3 weeks prior. Received 2nd conformation 24 hours before appt then appt time was changed without consultation by hairdresser with me. This time was completely unsuitable. When arrived for previous appointment owner had prioritised her previous customers without any concern for me. Apology was insincere when this discussed upon my arrival. Do not use this business.

Booked appointment three weeks prior. Received confirmation email at time of booking and again the day before appointment. Morning of appointment received email stating appointment was five hours later than booked.
We were off a cruise ship for the day, later appointment time didn’t suit. Attended salon to explain we had booked well ahead of time which also had been confirmed day before appointment. Was told by Diane that she now had local clients booked in!
Do not book with this lady!
