I'm sorry but really poor. Not friendly, felt like they were going to pull my hair out as they were so rough with it washing and drying, didn't ask where my parting was or if Iiked it and didn't do the one thing I asked with it. Actual hair cut was done in about five mins whilst also cutting other people's hair. Unpleasant experience. I never leave negative reviews so that says it all.
