I received a phone call at 8pm the night before my appointment asking me to arrive 15 minutes later as she had an overrunning client. Arrived for the later time the next day and was waiting another half an hour before I was seen. The salon seemed really disorganised and had clients coming in expecting to be seen only to be told they had to come back later. My haircut itself was rushed and brisk, with Diane stopping and starting it to text on her phone and at one point lost the brush in my hair.
