This was a last minute booking made the afternoon for that evening. If was then cancelled by salon 60 minutes before it should have taken place. They text me to say they didn't have any appointments after all and were unable to offer assistance with getting a refund, indicating that was for me to resolve with Treatwell. I got the strong impression they were inconvenienced by treat well bookings and think maybe this isn't the best platform for them to use.
Quality blow dry, though service could have been a bit friendlier! Overall a good experience.
Dar is absolutely wonderful. The ambience is welcoming and friendly and he is an master at his craft! Highly recommended!
