Personally she doesn’t care about me only short cut process. Saving her time but she doesn’t have any customers at that time frame but rushing to save her time. She doesn’t have passion in her job.
I used the toilet twice and smelled like rotten period pads. I informed her but they lied it was a drainage hole. Actually they don’t want to empty the toilet bins????
Again I paid already full head colouring and cut wash and blow dry. She grabbed me another £75 that was unreasonably charged.

Daniella is a great hairdresser, professional and spent time looking for the right colour. Great at her job, friendly, lovely hair cut too and will definitely come back again as a regular client 👍 glad I found her recently and highly recommend
