When I arrived at the venue the salon was no longer registered with Treatwell meaning they had no appointments. I would like a refund as I did not have the treatment

Turned up at the venue (after already paying for my treatments online) to be told they were fully booked and hadn’t booked me in. Had to contact Treatwell for a refund which I’m still awaiting on so I can book somewhere else for my treatments.
