Her knowledge regarding hair is excellent and always considers what’s best for you as well as giving great advice. She’s also very bubbly and welcoming. Lovely friendly girl. That has a strong passion for hairdressing, would recommend to anyone. Attentive on arrival with a hot drink! If you're thinking of visiting Charlotte and her salon, you won't regret it😊

The salon had a very homey feel, therefore it was very easy to feel at ease and comfortable. I was offered a drink which I thought was very professional and welcoming. The salon was also very clean and full of light. Charlotte listened carefully to all my hair concerns and offered a few different suggestions, so I had the freedom to pick what was best for me. She also walked to through the process which I found to be very helpful, as I didn’t know much about hair care or treatment.
