I booked in after reading reviews and they are definitely accurate. Beth was so friendly and welcoming. Took time to ask what I was wanting and also gave her professional advice, which I appreciate. A lovely second hair cut with Beth Olivia, always calm and tranquil and I enjoy I can sit quietly through the appointment and relax. I have a busy and sometimes hectic job so this peacefulness is perfect for me.
