Amy made me feel very welcome and looked after me as soon as I walked in. She listened to me and took on board what I asked for. She was very thorough from beginning to end, making me tea and checking I was ok throughout. Would 100% recommend Amy for any treatments she offers - a great experience!

Amy did such an incredible job with my hair. She was so thorough from start to finish, really listened to what I wanted and offered thoughtful advice that made such a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting it right. The result exceeded my expectations - my hair looks and feels so amazing now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!!

Amy double checked what I wanted, and advised me on what she thought was best in terms of colour and cut when I wasn’t sure. She checked I was happy with what we agreed on and when it was finished. She also made me a lovely cup of tea, and offered me some biscuits 🥰
