Situated in the heart of London and yet completely ignorant and clueless about coily hair. Did not even have a comb attachment in their hairdryer. Stylist was rushing through,complaining that she was overbooked. Took no care to 'style' my hair. Treated my hairtype like it was some alien texture! How are you a hairdresser in London in 2025 and yet have zero knowledge about curly and coily hair? Why take money from people with coily hair and treat their hairtype as inferior? Appalling experience.
