Booked on Wed for an appointment on Sat, Mary hadn't checked her emails so double booked. Instead of explaining & offering to cancel or reschedule, she tried to do both at once. Awkward experience, high anxiety, hair too short, pretty gutted tbh.

So glad to come across Mary! She was very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I love the cut that she gave me on her recommendation. It was a complete restyling. I noticed she had a lot of regular customers who travel far to have those hair done by Mary. Mary mentioned that she is happy to do children and gents hair too so we’ll certainly be back.
