I booked in for a wash and haircut, when I arrived I was told the hairdresser wasn’t in but the lady there said she could do a basic trim which I said was ok if the sides were kept slightly longer. I needed the cut done today so couldn’t reschedule. Unfortunately several bits of missed long hair had to be pointed out and overall I wasn’t happy with the experience. Why were haircuts available when the hairdresser wasn’t in? Unfortunately I am very unhappy with the haircut which was not worth £32

Zabeen is always incredible. My hair looks amazing, the colour is spot on- absolutely brilliant job! Also had my eyebrows done and they look lush!

The beauty therapist was very reassuring and got the job done quickly. There were the odd bits left so not a clean wax.

Zabeen was very friendly , professional, thorough and paid attention to detail. Zabeen was gentle with her waxing and I could fall asleep whilst being waxed. (This is how painless it was). I will definitely be back again. Thank you Zabeen.
