When the staff came in the room to start the wax, it was immediately from dropping a video call -she did not wear any gloves nor did I see her sanitize her hands. She was obviously in a hurry to finish the treatment putting in wax all over and stripping everything altogether instead of doing it in sections. She didn’t even ask me to check before she put in oil to start removing the wax remnants. And there was still more than a few strands of hair but she said she was already finished.
