I asked for long layers underneath. I got my hair blow-dried but the next day when I straightened it noticed the layers were too short. My left side of my haircut was also a little wonky. I was 9 minutes early and was told 2-3 times I was really early. Whilst doing my hair she kept leaving to answer the phone. Once a customer came in and she literally had my hair in a brush talking to the customer. Left maybe 4-5 times by then my hair at the front had air dried. No heat protectant used.

I visited the salon today for a wash,cut & blowdry. Tracey was so friendly and welcoming, she has done an excellent job-my hair looks so much better. I will definitely be returning, Thank you so much! ☺️
