- At one several points she was on her phone texting with one hand - she left the room no explanation, but with one exception get me water one hour into the treatment - while massage my shoulders left my bum exposed? - midway through the treatment the door was part open while my bum was out and I was naked - facing the entire salon floor!! - then she masssged my head with one hand cos she was texting! - treatment room was very untidy
- did try to rectify with complimentary treatment
