I had a cut and blowdry, my stylist was lovely and gave me just what I asked for. She also gave me advice on products and ideas for next time I have my hair colored, but without trying to sell things or pressuring me to book in again. She seemed very knowledgeable, I'd go back to the salon

Waxing virgin. The beautician put me at ease immediately when I mentioned I hadn't had a wax before. Constantly asking if I was ok as the treatment was happening,made sure I was happy with the end result. Will definitely go back
