The reception was terrible: I waited for more than 20 mins, the girl who made the waxing (super nice) was not aware of my appointment and the girl at the reception was very rude. I will probably never go there again.

The lady that saw me was so lovely. Apologies as I do not remember her name but the service was amazing. 10/10 she gave me tips and advice on how to manage/maintain. Will definitely be going back there again :)
