I went to get a haircut and wanted to donate my hair. Serina was excellent and attentive throughout the whole process. She helped me ensure I followed the process to donate my hair and also checked with me throughout on the length and style of cut. She did exactly what I wanted and gave me a great new cut. The salon also closely followed guidelines for safeguarding clients in the pandemic, I felt very safe throughout.
