Price is not what is shown on Treatwell. Got a text an hour and a half before my appointment to tell me I’d have to pay an extra £37 on the day which was not stated on here. Tactfully left until the last minute to disclose this information.

Booked a deep cleansing facial which include extraction, removal of debris and all a that
When I got to the salon I was told they don’t do extraction of in grown hair. I was really disappointed
