Janet was lovely and did a very good job on restyling my hair - she has a fun personality and isn't scared to do a more daring cut! She makea you feel confident in your hair choices and she gave me a real self-esteem boost. I felt she understood my unique style and she didn't try to hold me back or change my mind. Loved her and my new hair.
The ambience was friendly and the place was clean. Nothing overly spectaculor but nothing to fault either.
The only down side was that I was charged £40 for my restyle - using a New Client discount - when my Treatwell booking receipt stated £37.50. However, I was willing to pay it as Janet deserved a tip for making me feel in such safe hands.

I had a pleasant experience here. Would come back. But would prefer the hairdresser to spend a bit more time consulting with me, before launching into haircut. Felt a little rushed.
