I had never been here before as I'm originally from Halesowen so not ofe with salons here .
But just being able to book a day and time online was better.
Unfortunately my hair had been over coloured so I knew I was going to lose a bit of hair , so I was prepared, it's a lot shorter at the back than I wanted , but hopefully having so much cut off will get my hair back stronger. My next trip here will be to have foils .
This hairdressers is in a good spot .
And I hope the place picks up fast

Gilly cancelled my appointment 3 minutes before the appointment time after I had actually arrived at the salon stating she had car trouble. While I appreciate this very well may have been the case she had my number, email and messenger details but apparently wasn't able to contact me?! As I has booked a days annual leave and already paid £4.50 for parking to say I was annoyed and upset was an understatement. Needless to say I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this salon.

Gilly was very chatty and friendly from time of entering, highlights were done better than where I had gone previously, but I wasn't shown colour chart, she just put my hair against existing colour, so no consultation. She didn't cut my hair well at all, just trimmed even though I asked for a good inch off all over, no layers were cut in, even though quite clearly see, it did have layers

Hilly is a lovely women who knows her job well. She’s makes you feel very comfortable and very easy to talk to would highly recommend
