Excellent experience. Carla was extremely attentive and professional throughout the appointment. She clearly explained what she was doing at each stage of the haircut, which made me feel very confident in the process. She paid great attention to detail and the final result was excellent. I’m genuinely very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend her.
