Silvana did a lovely job with my daughter's hair. She was v nervous to have it cut as is always worried hairdrssers will take too much. Its a big thing to get her in the door. Sivana was reassuring, listened, made sure she was happy with only taking a little and building trust and did a fabulous job cutting her in a new fringe. Would highly recommend.
