For a first time visit; I was impressed! Not only because Sam's approach & services but her talent and swiftness too.
She confirmed every steps before doing anything which left me quite relieved.
Also not like some stylists work for the other 'big' brands on Orpington High Street, she knows what she does and what to expect.
Considering me having a messy & long pixie, wanting to grow to a very short bob she did the best could be done! I will definitely give another visit in a few weeks

They were very welcoming. Rosie was fantastic, taking time to discuss how I wore my hair usually, what the various designs would be that suited etc. I left with a beautiful, no fuss hair cut that I love and enjoyed having cut. I will be back.
