Lovely from start to finish. Was made comfortable right from the start, lovely hot drinks and no awkward small talk, just conversation when it flowed. I really noticed how gentle they both were with my hair; foils put in so carefully and not just ripped out when my hair was getting washed. Also when brushing my wet hair Katy made sure to take her time and was super gentle. I got exactly what I asked for considering it was my first visit. Overall 10/10 experience thanks so much
