My hair was in a terrible condition, Kate quickly understood what had happened without judgment and worked out and explained what she felt was the best way forward. After this consultation and me having a skin test, I returned and Kate did exactly as she promised.
My hair is now in a much better condition, it feels soft and healthy and is also shiny again. Kate has already explained what the next stage will be and I will return in a couple of months.....
I have complete faith in Kate.
